User's cannot find the "cmw_srv.exe" process as explained in the "Something went wrong" macro

Platform: HSS on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10

Problem/Symptoms: Users say: "cmw\_srv.exe process does not show in the task manager."

Solution: In case you receive a ticket from users who cannot find the "cmw\_srv.exe" process, please provide the steps listed below and save the ticket number to keep track of it:

1- Open Task Manager, Right-click on start menu bar and select "Task Manager"

2-Before anything, make sure Hotspot Shield is fully closed, go to the "Processes" tab, find Hotspot Shield and right-click, select "End task" confirm your selection. (If already closed, Hotspot won't be there)

3- Go to the "Services" tab, sort alphabetically by clicking on the "Name" title and search for service "hshld". Right-click on it and select Stop, then right-click on it again and select "Start"

4-Make sure the service "Status" says "Running".

5-Launch and connect Hotspot Shield
