Iran Connection Issues on HSS

Per Serjan Satimov, there was a recent change made (05/07/2018) for users in Iran, that it is supposed to fix the blocking issue. If you come across a ticket from a user reporting connection problems on Iran, please make sure to check the user has the latest version of HSS depending on the platform used.
