Users having problems to uninstall the HSS profile on iOS

Platform: HSS on iOS 9 and above
Problem/Symptoms: Users reporting not being able to remove the HSS profile.
Solution: Ask the user to follow these steps:
• Open Hotspot Shield • Tap on the 3 bar menu icon at the top left • Tap reinstall the profile • You will be prompted to Allow or Don't Allow • Tap Allow • Then you will be asked to enter your password, touch ID or Facial Password. Tap Cancel and this should remove the profile for you
