Refunding customers - Purchases older than 6 months

If you come across a case where the user is requesting a refund after 6 months of the purchase (via any payment method) please let any staff member know (Liz, Fernando, Alejandro, Gerardo, Ronaldo or Carlos) so they can properly escalate the case.
