Cancelling Auto Renewals & Processing Refunds in Stripe

1\. Canceling Auto–Renewals in Stripe. Copy the customer’s Elite code from portal/or ticket and paste it in the Search field in Stripe. Just paste, no need to press Enter.

2\. Click on the top of the pop-up window as shown below. The account will open up with full information about the subscription.

3\. After the subscription information is displayed, click on the word 'Cancel'.

4\. A new pop-up window will appear. You need to specify when the subscription should be cancelled.

1. Select Immediately.

2. Then click End Subscription.

5\. It may ask you to authenticate – enter your password and click Authenticate.

6\. Now subscription will be cancelled. You should see no Active or Pending subscriptions.

7\. If needed, to process Refund – bring the mouse close to the amount that needs to be refunded. The word 'Refund' should appear – click on it.
