Processing Of Cancellations & Refunds in Google Play

You can do search by a customer’s Google id or their order #.

Google Wallet Link

Open Google wallet and log in to your account, then click on Search button:

Enter the Google ID or order # in the search field:

Select View to display Order Details.

To issue a refund – click on Cancel subscription and then – on Refund Order button:

You will be asked to select a reason for refund – select Customer request refund, then click on Refund.

Google will process refund.
