Process for merging two accounts

1. When a customer claims to have paid for a subscription but still shows expired.

2\. When the new subscription shows a series of numbers and letters like this. You must merge to existing account.

3\. Insert the User ID from the purchased subscription and copy and insert it in the "Merge with (userID):" then click merge

4\. Once account is merged click "OK"

5\.  Then refresh the account and the expiration date will update.
