Locating a Transaction in Vindicia

When a user is referring to a transaction and we are not able to see it in the admin, please make sure to use all available resources to locate it before asking the user for more Information.

In Vindicia’s particular case you can find all transactions that are linked to a specific credit card, like so:

In this case, the user claims he was charged on January 10th, but no transaction for that date is showing in the admin.

This could be due to several facts, a different email address, admin glitch, etc.

Before asking the user for more information, please go to the Credit Card hyperlink to find all related transactions to this credit card. Like so:
