Shortcuts for Finding Macros

You may notice the 2-4 letter abbreviations at the end of each macro. This is to help you locate macros easily.  Keep in mind this does not apply to all macros. This is typically for the most commonly used macros to make it easier on our team.

We format them for each subject. Technical and Purchasing. The format for technical issues is displayed as BRAND::PLATFORM::ISSUE. Please take note of the date next to these technical and purchasing macros. This indicates when the macro was last edited.

Ex. So if you wanted to send an HSS user connection steps for windows and this is the first contact you would search the macros with these abbreviations. HSS WIN CON 1. The number one indicating the first contact.

For technical shortcuts:

BRAND Platform  Issue  HSS WIN  CON BN AND  SPD   MAC  ACC   LIN  GEN   iOS  INS      UNI      WIFI      NET      BBC      UPD

For purchasing we format by BRAND::SUBJECT::SUBJECT::PAYMENT METHOD. Keep in mind that the payment method format is only needed if you know the payment type that was used to purchase.

Ex. If a user contacts us to cancel a Google Play subscription, and we need to send retention first. Search the following abbreviations. HSS PUR RET GP.
