Mac DMG not GDPR compliant
Veröffentlicht · aktualisiert
Team, we have received information that Mac DMG is not GDPR compliant. We can't give it to users due to this.
We should not give Mac DMG to any new or existing users. The DMG version that's GDPR compliant is not being worked on so it won't be available any time soon. So if we receive a ticket from a user who has Mac DMG, we should direct them to use the HSS App Store version, which is GDPR compliant.
If you have any questions, please reach any staff member.
