What to look for if VPN has issues on Windows

Download Process Explorer

1. Run Process Explorer

2. Go to View > Check Show Lower Pane

3. Go to View > Lower Pane View > Check DLLs

1. Find and select System process

2. Make sure hssdrv6.sys is running under System process

3. Make sure taphss6.sys is running under System process

Go to http://127.0.0.1:895/status.js or http://127.0.0.1:895/config/status.js in Google Chrome

1. Check key values for issues:

• client\_tag should read hss-100xxx for Elite Users

• elite\_flag should read 1 for Elite users and 2 for non Elite

• Check country\_list if user has issues with countries not showing
