Online Reviews

Online reviews for all VPNs, including all platforms, are responded externally through their respective tools.

Customer support currently responds to the following external online reviews:

  • Hotspot Shield for iOS

  • Hotspot Shield for Mac

  • Betternet for Android (Google)

  • Betternet for iOS

  • Betternet for Mac

  • Hexatech for Android (Google)

  • Hexatech for iOS (Includes Hexatech Pro)

  • Hexatech for Mac

  • VPN in Touch for Android (Google)

  • VPN in Touch for iOS

  • VPN in Touch for Mac

  • Touch VPN for Android (Google)

  • Touch VPN for iOS

  • Touch VPN for Mac

Please see below the steps on how to respond to each VPN's platform.

Itunes Reviews (iOS and Mac)

  1. Log in to the Apple Developer Tool. Please use the credentials found in the "AF Productivity - Reviews" sheet for each VPN.

  2. Click on the drop-down menu under the account name at the upper right corner to see all the brands, and choose the brand you are going to work on.

  3. Click on My apps.

  4. Select the Brand and Platform you are going to work on.

  5. Click on Activity then under "Ratings and Reviews" click on App for (depending on the brand/platform).

  6. Select All territories in the Country section.

  7. Select the 3, 2 and 1 stars from the All Ratings drop-down (work each one at a time).

  8. Answer each review with its respective and accurate response.

  9. Click on the Application drop-down menu at the upper center to switch brands and repeat the steps.

Google Reviews (Android)

  1. Log in to the Google Developer Tool. Please use the credentials found in the "AF Productivity - Reviews" sheet for each VPN. NOTE: If you are using your work gmail account, you need to switch accounts or use an incognito window.

  2. At the upper right corner, click on the Android icon and select the brand you are going to work on.

  3. Click on the App you will work on.

  4. Click on the drop-down menu next to User feedback and click on Reviews.

  5. In the All ratings drop-down, select 3 stars and fewer.

  6. Answer each review with its respective and accurate response.

  7. Click on the Android icon to switch brands and repeat the steps.
