Vulnerability reports include, but are not limited to:
Exposure of users data, like the name of Wi-Fi network if connected, the real IP address, etc.
Information leaks
Data Breaches
Security threats
As an agent, if you receive a case where someone is reporting vulnerability on any of our VPNs, please let any of your staff members know about this assign the ticket to any staff member on duty.
As a staff member, when the ticket has been assigned to you, please use the macro Feedback::Reporting vulnerability and solve the ticket.
In case the person that reports the vulnerability replies back, you must direct this person again to submit the report to security@anchorfree.com.
