Requesting device info for pre-sales chat

During pre-sales chats, please remember to ask the user which device they will be using Hotspot Shield for. Don't forget to fill out the Zendesk ticket field accordingly.
You can use the following chat shortcut:
pre\_request device info: Could you please let me know what type of device our app would be for? iOS, Android, Windows, or Mac.
