Connection Problems using Pixel

Platform: HSS on Android 8 and above using Pixel

Problem/Symptoms: Users are unable to connect to HSS using these type of devices.

Experimental Workaround: In case you receive a ticket from users reporting the scenario described above, please ask the user to clear the app data:

  1. Go to your device \\Settings\**

  2. Tap on \\Manage Apps\**

  3. Then tap \\Hotspot Shield\**

  4. In the App info screen, tap \\\Clear data\*
