Search For Paypal/Credit card purchases (Digital River/Esellerate)

We have two vendors that handle credit card payments of our customers.

Digital River/Esellerate handles Paypal and some credit card payments. These payments show on customer's card statement as DRI AnchorFree. Stripe handles credit card payments. These payments show on card statements as AnchorFree.

If user says that he paid with Paypal but did not get code - please search for his payment in DR. In DR we can search by email, by first and last name, by date range: If user says he paid with credit card - that payment could be either in DR or Stripe. First try to search in DR by user's email. If not found - search in Stripe.

In Stripe we can search by e-mail, by name, by last 4 digits of credit card. Whatever you enter into Search field - just paste it, do not press Enter. Stripe will display few results.

If displayed information is not what you are looking for - click on Show more results and continue the search. In this example - we are looking for transaction made from credit card that ends with 2510. Initial search did not display needed transaction. We click on Show more results and here we can see amounts and dates of transactions. From here  we have more chances to find the payment.
