Partner Premium accounts for internal use

We now have premium accounts for each of the following Partner VPNs under the support@hotspotshield.com email address:

  • Bitdefender

  • McAfee Safeconnect

  • Psafe Dfndr VPN

  • Panda Dome

  • Kaspersky VPN Connection

NOTE: Jenny Castellón has the password for all the accounts, so please reach her to get the password. Also, please remember that as in HSS, most partners allow up to 5 devices.

As Tier 2s and Staff, please make sure of the following:

  1. The latest versions of all apps are installed on at least 2 different platform devices

  2. The logins are all tested and that the devices remain logged into the Premium accounts

  3. All Partner Escalations state whether we were or were not able to duplicate the reported issue

  4. All Tier 2s have played around with each app, on each platform, for at least 30 minutes to get familiar that Partner's particular UI.
